The terms and conditions outlined below must be adhered to in order to receive access to this Website (“Website”) and any associated media form, media channel, mobile website, or services linked to or associated with The Hopeful Mind. In some instances you will be permitted to print resources from the site for your personal non-commercial use (such as reading an article at home).

Clients and prospective clients of The Hopeful mind will be required to register with the Website. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for the use of your account and password. The Hopeful Mind reserves the right to cancel your account at our sole discretion if our Terms of Use are violated, or if any inappropriate behaviour (as defined by us) takes place. By using the Website, you warrant and represent that all the registration information you provide will be true and accurate. You will maintain the accuracy of all said information. You will promptly update your registration information as necessary. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or any The Hopeful Mind media, or any other systems or networks connected to the Website or to any of our web servers, or to any of the services offered on or through the Website, by hacking, brute force, password mining, or any other illegal or illegitimate means. You may not scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Website or any network connected to the Website, nor breach any of the security or authentication measures on the Website or any network connected to the Website. These Terms of Use are entered into in the province of Ontario (Canadas), and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario. The Hopeful Mind and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Sending us emails or messages, visiting the Website, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold The Hopeful Mind, its affiliates and their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, licensors and service providers (“Indemnitees harmless from any liability, loss, claims, demands, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made against Indemnitees by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or any associated platforms or services offered by the Indemnitees.
9. Booking Policy
9.1 Responsibility of Payment
Please be advised that services provided by The Hopeful Mind are not reimbursable by insurance. All services are rendered and charged to the client and not to an insurance provider. Payment is due prior to services being rendered (upon booking). Completed sessions are non-refundable.
9.2 Payment Methods
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We will soon be testing receiving payments via email money transfer (in Canada), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
9.3 Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointments
For cancellations please be advised that The Hopeful Mind requires written cancellation notice 24 hours before scheduled appointments. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you can reschedule your appointment inside your client portal as long as it is 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. All missed appointments will be charged in full. With the exception of unexpected emergencies (handled on a case by case basis), same day missed appointments, cancellations, or rescheduling will be charged in full.
9.4 Refund Policy
If you purchase a single sleep coaching session, you may reschedule it provided it’s at least 24 hours from your appointment. Clients who would like a full refund can do so provided they cancel their appointment at least 24 hours before it is scheduled to occur. Packages are non-refundable, we recommend trying a single sleep coaching session with us before committing to a package.
9.5 About our Sleep Coaching Packages
All coaching packages are valid for up to 12 months. Once you have purchased one, you have the flexility to book sessions as you see fit (provided you book them inside the 12 month period).
The Hopeful Mind also reserves the right to refund any client (at any time) that may not be a suitable fit for sleep coaching, or due to any other reasons.
